We look closely at your skin, ask about your history and your routine, and explain the options in plain language.

There is no sales script and no pressure. If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so. What you leave with is clarity: a considered plan, honest expectations and the confidence to decide in your own time.

  • Come with clean skin if you can, or we can gently cleanse on arrival.
  • Bring a list of any products you use and any medication you take.
  • Note down your questions so nothing is forgotten on the day.
  • Allow a little extra time so the conversation is never rushed.
  • Prescription only treatments require a separate assessment before they can be prescribed.
