A skin peel uses a carefully chosen solution to loosen the bonds between tired surface cells, encouraging them to shed and revealing brighter, smoother skin beneath. At The Luxe Clinic we offer a range of strengths, from gentle glow peels with little to no downtime, through to BioRePeel and targeted acne peels for more resilient concerns.

No two skins are the same, so the peel, its strength and the number of sessions are always chosen for you at consultation. This keeps the treatment both effective and comfortable.

The process

What to expect

  1. Consultation and skin history

    We review your skin, your routine and any medication, then choose the right peel and strength for you.

  2. Cleanse and prep

    The skin is deep cleansed and prepared so the solution can work evenly across the treatment area.

  3. Apply the peel

    The solution is applied and left for a controlled time. You may feel a mild tingling or warmth.

  4. Neutralise and protect

    Depending on the peel, it is removed or left to self neutralise, then finished with soothing care and SPF.

Aftercare

Looking after your results

  • Some peels cause light flaking or peeling over the following days. Let it shed naturally and do not pick.
  • Keep the skin hydrated and use only the products we recommend while it settles.
  • Wear a daily SPF and avoid direct sun, sunbeds, saunas and heat.
  • Pause retinoids, acids and exfoliants until we advise it is safe to resume.
  • A course spaced a few weeks apart gives the most noticeable results.
